President Jers

President Jers is a Virginia hip-hop artist and multidisciplinary
entertainer building a world where music, comedy, and film move
together. His musical identity starts with a raw, elusive flow: direct
when the record demands pressure, unpredictable in its pockets,
and increasingly melodic without losing its edge. Rather than
separating the serious artist from the comedian and creator, he uses
every side of his talent to make each release feel larger than a single
song or post.

His current sound blends deep 808s, aggressive but clean drums,
dark synths, polished vocal production, and new melodic textures
shaped by late-night R&B and modern rap. The result can feel hard,
reflective, wavy, or cinematic while still sounding unmistakably like
President Jers. Public Announcement 3 marks his return to a
complete body of work roughly a decade after Public
Announcement 2. It is designed as a statement of who he has
become, not a recreation of an earlier era.

President Jers has also built a distinct lane through visual comedy
and content creation. His comedy videos have produced
approximately four million in combined account reach and views
across social platforms. The Rardi Saga turned Cardi B-inspired
character work into a recurring story that earned multiple
interactions from Cardi B and helped a 2026 installment pass
100,000 views. The Virginia Iceman Chronicles expanded that
approach into an episodic world inspired by rap culture,
performance, costume, and cinematic framing. His content has also
received engagement from SZA, T-Boz, DaBaby, and Blac Chyna.

President Jers is also part of CLXXD, an independent music group
and clothing brand that extends his creative identity into
collaboration, culture, and fashion. Away from the camera, he
brings professional photography and event experience through
freelance work with Bialek Music Group. That eye for composition
